New Paladin-Exclusive Cloak Currently Alliance Only
WoW Forever has rebranded a Season of Discovery Rune Quest Chain in WoW Forever. The Divine Storm rune chain now awards players the Cloak of Divine Storm - but it seems like only Alliance players can currently complete it.
Aggrend stated in an interview after BlizzCon that class quests from Season of Discovery would return in WoW: Forever, and players have already found some of those quests in the Beta. The Paladin quest chain to acquire the Divine Storm rune was one of those quests, and now rewards players with Cloak of the Divine Storm.

ONN summary
Alliance Paladins can now complete a new class quest chain in World of Warcraft: Forever, which rewards them with the Cloak of Divine Storm. The quest involves traveling to Northern Darkshore, Ashenvale, Stormwind, and Redridge Mountains. Unfortunately, Horde Paladins are currently unable to access this quest line. Blizzard has stated that they don't necessarily need 1:1 parity between factions, but the current imbalance might be unintentional.
