Report a security problem

Found a way to get into something you shouldn't, see someone else's data, or break the site? Thank you for telling us. Please report it privately here instead of posting it publicly, and give us a fair chance to fix it first.

What's covered

• olympusnewsnetwork.com and everything on it (chat, profiles, guild spaces, raids, supply, the admin desk)
• The ONN Companion desktop app and its updates

Not covered: Archway ID itself, Battle.net, YouTube, Twitch and other services we link to. Report those to their owners.

Please

• Only use accounts you own, or test accounts. Don't read, change or delete other people's data beyond the minimum needed to show the problem.
• Don't run denial-of-service or flooding tests, spam, or anything that slows the site down for players.
• Don't try to trick members, admins or staff (phishing or social engineering), or attack anyone's computer or home network.
• Give us reasonable time to fix it before telling anyone else.

If you act in good faith and follow these guidelines, we'll treat your report as help, not an attack, and work with you to understand and fix it.
