Stitches is Currently Neutral, but will Terrorize Duskwood Again Soon in WoW: Forever

Stitches is notorious for killing unsuspecting players in Duskwood, but right now, he's a little calmer than normal - Blizzard has confirmed that this is a bug and will be fixed.

One of the most infamous NPC's in the Eastern Kingdoms, there's no mob quite like Stitches when it comes to striking fear into players' hearts (unless you're talking about Hogger). Since the latest WoW: Forever beta build, though, Stitches has been noticeably... nicer.
