The Skyborne and Zephras Isle

Who they are

1. The Skyborne (shen'dorei) are elves who fled the War of the Ancients and were sheltered by wind spirits in Skywall.
2. In Forever their spirit protectors are gone and the pylons holding Zephras Isle together are failing. Three groups split over what to do: the Windshapers, the High Order and the Al'Aketh.

Classes by faction

Racial abilities

1. Walk on Air (active, both sides): glide down through the air for 10 seconds. Great for jumping off cliffs safely.
2. Wind Blessed (passive): 1% more melee, ranged and spell haste.
3. Elemental Insight (passive): 5% more damage to elementals.
4. AllianceRead Ley Line (active): 100% more health and mana regeneration for a short time.
5. HordeSkysight (active): an Elemental Blessing that gives 10% more run speed.

Zephras Isle, 1 to 12

1. Every Skyborne starts on Zephras Isle, whichever faction they pick. It covers levels 1 to 12.
2. The isle is self-contained. Finish it, then you travel to your faction's lands.
3. It looks like classic Warcraft with buildings inspired by Skywall.

Mounts

1. Skyborne ride Galestriders: one at level 40 and one at level 60.

Tips

• Racials and class lists are from the beta and can change before launch.
• Picking the PvP ruleset? You can only have one faction per account there, so choose your side first.
