Blizzard has announced that it'll be adding a new in-game message that appears whenever you trade in-game with a stranger as an anti-Real-Money-Transactions measure.

Since our previous note on the subject of addressing Real Money Transactions (RMT) in WoW: Forever, we have been continuously actioning accounts that were found to be botting to amass gold in the WoW: Forever Beta, as well as the accounts of those who were found to have purchased or knowingly received illicit gold. We will continue to take action against RMT in both the Beta and the live game after the launch of WoW: Forever.
