Gnome Racial Nerfed Again In Latest WoW: Forever Build

In the latest WoW Forever build, increasing the level cap to 30, the Gnome racial "Eureka!" has received a second nerf to its effects.

In the latest build of the WoW Forever Beta, the Gnome racial ability Eureka! has received yet another nerf, this time now not working at all on periodic effects. The first nerf to Eureka was a flat percent reduction of its discount effect on resources.

Eureka! no longer benefits periodic effects at all. Channeled spells do not count as periodics.
