Gnome Racial Heavily Nerfed in Latest WoW: Forever Beta Build

Many players had noticed that the Gnome racial, Eureka!, seemed a bit overtuned. Blizzard has seemingly agreed, and the racial received fairly heavy nerfs for all variants in the latest beta build.
